Our return and refund policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. After 14 days from delivery, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be: unused and in the same condition as received; in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Do not send the product directly to the manufacturer.
Products that have been used, damaged by the buyer, or returned without original packaging cannot be returned.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirming receipt. We will also notify you when your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within a few business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
If you have not yet received your refund: check your bank account again; contact your credit card company (it may take some time for the refund to be posted); contact your bank (some refunds require processing time). If you have completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@redestriunfar.com.
Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us via email at info@redestriunfar.com with details about the product and the issue encountered.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.
