These Terms govern sales contracts concluded through redestriunfar.com between Distributed Growth Sp. z o.o. (Seller) and customers (Buyers). Submitting an order constitutes full acceptance.

Prices are displayed in Euro and are valid at the time of order submission. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
The Buyer places an order by completing the form on the product page. The order is confirmed by phone within 24 working hours. Phone confirmation is integral to the purchase process.
💵 Payment is made in cash to the courier upon delivery. No advance payment is required.
24-48 working hours after telephone confirmation. Shipping is free. EU consumer deliveries guaranteed within 30 days from contract conclusion (Art. 18, Directive 2011/83/EU).
EU consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt, pursuant to Directive 2011/83/EU. See our Refund Policy for full procedure and conditions.
Products sold to EU consumers are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under Directive (EU) 2019/771 as implemented in Polish law.
Liability is limited to the order amount to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights of the consumer's country of habitual residence are not affected.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. EU consumers retain the right to bring proceedings before courts of their country of habitual residence (Art. 6, Rome I Regulation).
